VFX and 3D Animation Trainings – English

Since 2002 FaiSTRADA provides training courses about digital post production in Rome, Italy. Focus is on techniques rather than tools, and trainings are developed as consulting with a project based approach. Most trainings are three months in length and provide all the knowledge needed to begin working in a digital post production studio. Trainings target After Effects, Shake, Lightwave, Maya, Premiere, Cubase, Photoshop, Modo and other softwares.

eLearning services

The new eLearning platform provides instructor led, streaming video trainings with an assessment based on projects to be completed and reviewed by the coach.

Content is always up-to-date, and for example the After Effects training starts with motion graphics and proceeds towards advanced vfx techniques, from motion tracking with Mocha to camera matching with Sketchup and Syntheyes. Adobe After Effects CS4+ is required, and Photoshop CS4+ Extended is suggested for 3D object layer insertion.

Currently all content is provided in italian language. Work is already underway to produce french and english language versions of the most popular trainings.
